The ROOFNOW™ Bot is designed to be available 24/7, but like any web-based tool, occasional interruptions or issues can occur. This page explains what to do if the bot does not respond as expected.

Check Your Internet Connection

Because the ROOFNOW™ Bot runs online, a stable internet connection is required.

Confirm that your device is connected to the internet
Try refreshing the page
Test another website to verify connectivity

Temporary connection issues are the most common cause of loading problems.

Refresh or Reload the Page

If the chat interface appears but does not respond:

Refresh the browser page
Wait a few seconds for the interface to reload
Re-enter your roofing question

This often resolves temporary loading or session issues.

Try a Different Browser or Device

If a question is very long or includes multiple unrelated topics, breaking it into smaller questions can improve clarity and response reliability.

This also helps keep answers focused and educational.

Temporary Maintenance or Updates

Occasionally, the ROOFNOW™ Bot may be briefly unavailable due to maintenance or system updates.

These updates are intended to improve accuracy, stability, and long-term reliability. If the bot is temporarily unavailable, trying again later usually resolves the issue.
