What Is the ROOFNOW™ Assistant? (RNKC)

The ROOFNOW™ Assistant is an educational interface of the ROOFNOW™ Knowledge Center (RNKC). Its role is to help users navigate, understand, and interpret roofing knowledge using information that exists exclusively within the RNKC knowledge base.

The assistant is designed to support homeowner education, technical literacy, and terminology clarification related to roofing systems, materials, building science, and long-term roof performance.

Educational Scope

The ROOFNOW™ Assistant explains roofing concepts using neutral, encyclopedic language. It does not provide recommendations, pricing, comparisons, or installation guidance.

Knowledge Source Limitation

All responses generated by the ROOFNOW™ Assistant are restricted to information published within the ROOFNOW™ Knowledge Center (RNKC). If a topic is not yet documented in RNKC, the assistant will state that the information is not currently covered.

This restriction ensures factual consistency, long-term accuracy, and category integrity across the RNKC ecosystem.
